To schedule a property showing, please navigate to the ''CONTACT'' page and fill out the inquiry form. Our team will happily arrange a suitable time for you to visit the property.

Confirm phone/email for proper notification of showings, if not showing may be automatically canceled.

Your showing will get canceled if: 

• Phone number/email is wrong 
• You didn't reply CONFIRM to confirm your showing

No. You can schedule a showing before putting in an application for the property you are interested in. 

Our application process involves submitting a rental application form, providing proof of income and identification, and undergoing a background and credit check. 

The application fee is $35.00 per person. Everyone over 18 years muts complete an application. 

Our rental criteria are: 

• Make at least three times the amount of rent. 
• Have a credit score over 600. A credit score of 599 or under will require a co-signer or result in denial.
• Prior evictions, unpaid rent, or significant lease violations may result in denial.
• Section 8/HUD/CAA are no longer accepted.

Our standard lease term is typically 12 months, with the option to renew for another 12 months or month to month. 

No utilities are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities (gas, electric, water & sewer, and trash).

Move-in dates depend on property availability, background checks, and lease signing. Once your application is approved, our team will work with you to determine a suitable move-in date. 

Yes. All our properties are cat-friendly. Only single-family homes allow dogs. Due to our insurance policy, these dog breeds aren't allowed: Pitbulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Malamutes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, or any dog that is a mix of the above breeds, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any animal that have bitten someone.
